最令人驚喜的，是因應趕時間旅客而與金澤在地著名的甜點搭配推出的套餐，原本以為極甜的甜點，入口即化不說，甜味也調製到與香味平衡，一口金澤咖啡、一口金澤甜點，頓時把百番街裡擠著買便當與伴手禮的人潮拋在腦後。
The sweet plus coffee set was surprisingly good with an exquisite Kanazawa hand-made sweet extending your joyful sense that balanced with the coffee.
