咖樂迪咖啡農場有時會帶給台灣咖啡迷驚喜，近期上架的巴西金絲雀咖啡豆，便是一例。

巴西產區的金絲雀咖啡豆，多半種植在海拔一千公尺以上的山區，成長期間面臨強風與暴雨的威脅。

大部份由自己的小型水力發電廠提供動力，在收穫高峰期，才能購買額外能源。廢水大部份經過處理，以避免額外污染溪流，幾乎所有金絲雀咖啡豆農場都有對應的植樹復育計劃。
The farm takes social and environmental sustainability very seriously. It is powered by its own a small hydroelectric plant and only buys extra energy during the peak harvest. Wastewater is fully treated to avoid polluting the stream that runs across the farm and there is an active tree planting program to repopulate native species.
金絲雀咖啡豆有明亮的酸度，
但酸度非常淡，所以仍能保持巧妙平衡，
手沖或用咖啡機煮這款咖啡豆，都能嚐出光明的個性，

Canario Coffee has bright acidity, but the acidity is very light, so you can still maintain a delicate balance. No matter you brew it with a coffee machine or by hands, you could taste a bright personality, the finish is a bit light banana fruit.
