I like the description of Comic “Bartender”. However, I do not quite believe that there is a drink in the world that “even if a drop of water will destroy the perfect balance”.
啡卡咖啡，是不是台北市最好的咖啡店，見仁見智，不過，把啡卡咖啡列在咖啡迷到台北值得一去的咖啡店名單上，應該沒有問題。
Is or not Fika Fika Cafe the best cafe in Taipei? It’s a matter of opinion. However, you can put this cafe on the list of coffee shops worth visiting in Taipei for sure.
然而，在旅遊指南或社群媒體大幅介紹後，每次經過啡卡咖啡時，看上去大部分時間都客滿，甚至在附近公園看到來自日本或香港觀光客，拿著手機導航在找這家咖啡店。
After Fiki Fika Cafe was introduced by various travel guides or social media, most of the time, I saw the cafe was full of people. Even in the nearby park, I have seen tourists from Japan or Hong Kong holding mobile phones to navigate to find this coffee shop.

檸檬、蘇打水、冰塊，乃至於好的阿拉比卡咖啡豆，在咖啡盛行的台灣，都不難取得，關鍵是：怎樣調製一杯經得起考驗的好喝咖啡飲料？
