Every individual has their own definition of “success” and "happiness.” Some people think a happy personal life leads to success in one’s career. While others believe success in one’s career leads to happiness.

Happiness and career success are topics of much debate and discussion.

To live a full life, you should choose carefully how you define it.

Career success is obviously important. It’s how you make a living and how you advance through life.

There is a saying you hear everywhere: “Work hard, become successful, and then you’ll become happy.”

Is it really true? If I really work hard, will I become successful? Will I be happy?

No, I don’t agree with that. Maybe you don’t agree either.

After working hard, you may become successful. But why don’t you start your goals with happiness, work hard, and become more successful?
