Research is formalized curiosity. It is poking and prying with a purpose. -Zora Neale Hurston

Research is what I’m doing when I don’t know what I’m doing. -Wernher von Braun

We’ve taken the position earlier that you should craft each resume to the specific position you’re applying for. That concept should encompass your whole attitude to approaching a company.

You should spend some time getting to know the general cultural of a company. Start by asking yourself some basic questions like “What kind of values are they projecting?” and “What sort of work environment are they promoting?”

Remember that companies are run by people and their personalities filter out through the rest of the system. The more research you do on a company the more prepared you’ll be when the interview time comes along.

Don’t depend on gimmicks. Depend on knowledge.

If you want to know more about how to craft a perfect resume to land that interview, visit Good Resume Guide.

Good luck and happy job hunting!
