While Morning Pages aren’t a quick 5-minute task, the time they can release in your day may surprise you.
But do they really work and are they worth the time?
From my experience — yes. When I compare what I’d write about in the past and what I’m putting down on paper these days, I can confidently say there’s been a change, and I’m happy about it.

What are Morning Pages?
The concept of “Morning Pages” was crafted by Julia Cameron (The Artist’s Way).
According to the definition, Morning Pages are 3 pages of longhand, stream-of-consciousness writing done first thing in the morning. Bear in mind the following:

- They’re not high art (they’re not even “writing”).
