Morning Pages have the power to revolutionize your life. That’s correct.

They can lower stress and anxiety and inspire you to achieve things you thought were out of your reach.

While Morning Pages aren’t a quick 5-minute task, the time they can release in your day may surprise you.

But do they really work and are they worth the time?

From my experience — yes. When I compare what I’d write about in the past and what I’m putting down on paper these days, I can confidently say there’s been a change, and I’m happy about it.

In this article, I’ll share 3 facts about my Morning Pages journey over 5+ years and how they’ve calmed my mind attacks.

What are Morning Pages?

The concept of “Morning Pages” was crafted by Julia Cameron (The Artist’s Way).

According to the definition, Morning Pages are 3 pages of longhand, stream-of-consciousness writing done first thing in the morning. Bear in mind the following:

  • There is no wrong way to do Morning Pages.
  • They’re not high art (they’re not even “writing”).
