60 Days Challenge You Need to Make your Life Happy and Fulfilling

To truly uplift your life and live the life of your dreams. All you need is a little shift in your daily routine. Self-improvement doesn’t come easy — it is a continuous effort. Everyday you have to show up and try your best to make a change and improve your life. Everyday you have to do what is right for you in the long run.

Here's what can be done to make a change and live your best life

1. Read Every Day

60 days of reading regularly will take you to another level of gratification and confidence. Reading is one habit that you must inculcate in your daily routine. The more books you read the wiser you will become. Reading everyday is a great source of wisdom, it is one habit that has abundance of benefits. Improve your reading and communication skills, you feel more confident when you are the most knowledgeable person in the room and much more.

2. Positive Affirmations

See your life 60 days forward from now and see how you see yourself 60 days from now and write affirmations for it now. Keep a daily list of powerful affirmations to read throughout the day, it will boost your esteem and will lift your spirit. Keep affirmation for morning, afternoon and night and keep repeating positive and uplifting affirmation to yourself and in no time you will see your life take a miraculous turn. Give gratitude for everything and everyone.

3. Have Goals, Growth Mindset

Know your true potential, take one goal you want to accomplish in 60 days and make a bulletproof plan to achieve it. A great way to boost your growth and it will help you get out of your comfort zone.

4. Get Enough Sleep

Good hours of quality sleep is a must, don't give it a miss for anybody. Not feeling fully rested can make you feel grumpy and unproductive throughout the day. Try to get seven to eight hours of sleep each night. Find ways to improve the quality of your sleep by reducing your caffeine consumption late in the day, taking a melatonin supplement, or relaxing in a warm bath or shower before bedtime.

5. Stop Being Wasteful

Utilise your time wisely, keeping a productivity journal is a must, in today's easily distracted world. Make pretty good use of every hour, to truly keep productive and happy over the day.

Follow the above listed steps for 60 days and you will find yourself to be a completely different person. Never get back to your old unhealthy habits and keep tracking your process.
