A New Flower Has Bloomed in Dad’s Garden.
Tiny Troubles, Big Smiles.
Normally, in our home, my father grows most of the flowers. It’s part of his daily routine. The first thing he does when he wakes up is check on the flowers. He looks at them like they’re his children. He doesn’t like anyone harming his plants. Maybe most of the struggles in his life come from his flower garden. That’s why I don’t interfere with his gardening. I’ll help if he asks, but I stay out of the way.
What is this new flower bud?
Ah, it’s Sanudi, my sister’s daughter. She came to visit us yesterday with her grandparents because she loves them very much.
She’s a beautiful flower bud. You know, little ones are always mischievous. She may be a flower bud, but in Dad’s flower garden, she’s a troublemaker.
Dad started watering the plants early in the morning. Then suddenly, I heard him shouting, saying that the plants were broken, that animals had eaten them. So, I went to check. The leaves, petals, and some plants were broken and scattered on the ground.
I understood what happened. It wasn’t animals, it was Sanudi’s doing. But where’s Sanudi?
She was nowhere to be seen…
Everyone started looking for the baby. The house was in chaos.
