Look at You! (The Mirror Exercise)

Let’s start by taking a moment to appreciate the incredible human you see in the mirror every day. I mean, look at you! You’re simply amazing. So why not show yourself some love?

Start by standing in front of a mirror and giving yourself the warmest, most genuine smile you can muster. Now, say something nice to yourself. No, seriously. I’ll wait. Whisper sweet nothings into your own ear, like “I love you,” “You’re doing great,” or “Your hair looks fabulous today.” Remember, keep it positive and heartfelt. It’s like giving yourself a compliment hug!
