The Perfect Coconut Chutney
Here’s your answer for a mouthwatering coconut chutney, you always wanted to serve with a South Indian breakfast of Idli and Dosa.
Cooking time 10 minutes.
(Serves 4 )
Ingredients :
2 cups of fresh grated coconut
4 Dry Kashmiri red chilies (pre-soaked in water for at least 15 minutes)
1 Green chilli
3 Shallots
2 Garlic cloves
1/2-inch piece of ginger
1/4 teaspoon Cumin seeds
1 tablespoon roasted ground nuts
A few sprigs of curry leaves
Salt to taste.
