It’s Time To Be Thankful
It’s easy to want, but it takes work to be content

As I get older, Thanksgiving convicts me a little bit more each year. The time between Halloween and Thanksgiving flies by in mere seconds for me. When Thanksgiving rushes in, I have to ask myself, “Have I remembered to be grateful at all lately?”
I’ll be honest: This season of life has left me constantly grasping for more. It’s easy to ask, but I am not always the best at being thankful for what I have already been given. I have been blessed far more than I deserve, even after losing two babies.
After reading Ccgordon’s list of 10 things she’s thankful for, I decided to create my own list.
The “Big” Things:
- Family—I have been blessed and supported by my family in ways I can’t even begin to describe. My husband has had to step up in many ways lately, and I couldn’t be more thankful for him.
