Lightening up my writing for once

After posting a rant the other day, I figured it was time to switch gears and write something a little lighter.

I have always used writing as an outlet to vent and think through my more negative feelings. I can come across a lot more serious in my writing than I do in person. A person could spend just a few minutes sifting through my articles and find out I struggle with harsh anxiety. They would also quickly find out that I am struggling with where my life has brought me.

In person, I have had people tell me, “I would never know that you struggled with anxiety.” I laugh a lot, and I am easily distracted by other people. It’s not always obvious that I am going through anything at all.

In other words, you guys get to see the more negative Grace, and I don’t always remember to also show you the happier Grace.

I am changing that at least for today. (;
