The ART of being happy
Finding Happiness ?
Don’t find it . Its already in YOU! Around YOU!
Ever notice how we sometimes
put in so much efforts just to feel sad?
Love to attract problems,
can’t escape overthinking
Becomes a kind of habit we can’t live without.
Don’t believe me?
-
Alright, pause everything you’re doing right now.
Wait, my bad — if you stop reading this midway,
how will you ever find out?
I know, I suck at being funny but bear with me.
-
The truth is, we all have something
that can bring us down.
It could be the simplest thing,
like struggling to write
or figuring out what to eat.
-
And here’s the kicker — even if we don’t have an actual reason to be sad, just thinking about it can do the trick. Pretty interesting, isn’t it? 🤔
I find myself spending the whole day
mulling over what I could do differently
or reminiscing about what might
make my past seem better — blah, blah, blah.
I guess we all get caught up in that sometimes.
-
But what if, instead of getting bogged down
by all that stuff that brings us down,
we try a different approach?
One that actually makes us happy?
-
I can’t pinpoint when or how it happened,
but it seems we’ve put happiness into Labels.
You’re only supposed to be happy
if you have a great life, a stellar career,
or you do something significant… and the list goes on.
-
Is that what happiness is, or is it what gives us happiness?
Is this really what happiness is all about? Do we only have the right to be happy when we do something great or big, and otherwise, we’re not allowed to be happy? 🤔
NO , its not !!!
Happiness is everywhere.
You can be happy about anything,
literally everything.
It doesn’t matter if it’s small or big.
All you need is to embrace happiness.
Waking up early? That’s an achievement.
Feel happy about it.
Sitting at home, coffee in hand, just enjoying the moment… Now, that’s happiness.
Reading a book? Pure happiness.
Eating your favorite food? Bliss.
Talking to your friend? That’s happiness right there.
Every little thing you do can bring happiness.
Let me tell you a story that inspires me.
I will cut short it.
There were these two professors, ‘H’ and ‘S’. ‘H’ was more used to getting applause and awards, and that made him happy. On the flip side, ‘S’ never got that recognition and felt pretty down about it. Then, one day, they both got invited to this competition. They both gave it their all. The surprising twist? ‘S’ won the award, but ‘H’ didn’t.
Now, here’s where it gets interesting. Even though ‘H’ didn’t win, he was still rocking a smile. ‘S,’ on the other hand, despite of winning, he wasn’t feeling that happy. Curious, ‘S’ asked, “How come you’re grinning even when you didn’t win?” And ‘H’ replied “My happiness doesn’t depend on that award. I’m happy because the process of competing was fascinating. Winning might bring me short-term happiness, but I don’t want to label my happiness, as it will always lead to sadness.”
Don’t label your happiness like ‘H’
Have a positive approach toward everything
We all have the power to see good in everything
It’s just that our sadness and negativity
tend to overshadow it.
-
Deep down, nothing is perfect, not even life.
We all know everyone is facing some challenges,
but it’s not like we don’t have the right to be happy.
-
I get it, being happy on tough days is a challenge,
but maybe, just maybe, try a bit more.
Face things with a beautiful smile,
and who knows, that hurdle might
just soften up under your lovely smile. 😊
-
So enjoy every moment
Find happiness in everything
its free of cost
you can spend so much time & money on so many things
I know you can do this too
everyone like free stuff right ? Haha!
-
I’ve embraced this approach, and let me tell you, it’s been a game-changer for me. Now, my outlook on life is completely different. Sharing love and happiness brings me genuine joy, and that’s my daily vibe. Give it a shot; you might find it helps you too!

Reminder : Find happiness in small things, in everything, and see how everything works out.
