The Miracle That Took My Friend By Surprise
When her guardian angel stepped in
One of the biggest frustrations of city life is finding parking. If you own a car, you have two options: renting or buying a space.
Grace, a friend I met at Bible Study, recently recovered from cancer. She commutes to work by car but the garage she rents is two blocks from her apartment. Some nights she gets home as late as 8 pm — not exactly the safest or healthiest time for her, considering her cancer recovery, to walk home alone.
Despite searching, she couldn’t find a closer spot. Still, she kept hoping and praying.
Then she came across an ad for a parking spot right across her street that was up for sale! She immediately called the number provided only to discover that hundreds had already inquired. But in an incredible turn of events, the realtor who had helped her find her apartment offered it to her.
In a city like Boston, that’s nearly impossible.
Grace was overjoyed and we couldn’t help but share in her happiness.
Her story is a perfect example of how things can fall into place when we least expect them — or, as I like to think, how guardian angels have a way of looking out for us.
