The secret rules of people who do not get sick:
- Do not smoke.
- Choose a diet that is rich in fruits and vegetables, such as those above.
- Exercise regularly and choose moderate-intensity exercise.
- Keep your weight within normal limits.
- Drink alcohol sparingly or not at all
- Enough sleep.
- Follow hygiene rules to avoid infection, such as washing your hands frequently and preparing food (meat and vegetables) by cooking them sufficiently.
- Try to reduce stress in your personal and professional life.
Do not forget! People who exercise and do sports daily live longer on average than those who don’t do sports. Regular physical activity reduces your chances of heart disease, stroke, diabetes, some forms of cancer, and depression, and can even help you stay in top mental shape into old age.
So easy, but so hard at the same time :)
