The other day while taking a break on binge watching true crime shows (love it when rapists and murders get locked up for life!) I stumbled upon some kind of food documentary, which turned out to be Hack Your Health: The Secrets of Your Gut. Not exactly something I would normally watch and I still don’t even know why I clicked on it.

The opening line caught my attention though.

“As humans we’ve discovered so many new things on this planet. We’ve even flown to the moon but hardly anyone has really adventured into their own gut.”

Interesting.

“We feel a lot of shame for our guts…”

Do I feel shame for my gut? Oh yeah well, now that you mention it. I’ve always had a pudge but that’s been getting a bit out of hand.

A bazillion people can tell you a bazillion times to eat healthy… yeah, ok, just watch me scarf on the Oreos. In one ear and out the… oh my, is that a chocolate cream pie?

Sweet delicious rebellion.

Once upon a time I did eat much healthier but just going to go ahead and admit this…
