Dear little me,

I know that you’re finding it hard to navigate the drastic changes you’re experiencing. You’re having a tough time finding good friends and people who really understand you. This sometimes makes you think that there’s something wrong with you or that you’re not good enough.

You’re having trouble at school; you feel like you’re neither good at studies nor sports. You don’t have anyone around you to share the chaos that’s crawling around you. And you end up believing that this is how things are always going to be. But I want to tell you that you’re going to make it through this. I understand that being compared with other bright students is something you hate the most.

But all this is preparing you for something greater. In a few years, you’re going to turn into a person who will be so sensitive and kind that others will cherish her company. You will turn into someone who will not be discriminatory or biased towards others because she knows what it feels like to be left out. You’re going to achieve a lot. You’re going to learn a lot.

Above all, you’re going to discover the purpose and meaning of your life, and this will make you cherish every moment. What you’re experiencing at this phase of your life is something that is needed for you to grow into the best version of yourself.

Sending you love and support with a warm hug.
