By “reliving”, we don’t mean it as mentally re-entering a past event. Rather, it means actually visiting and doing certain things you once did as a child that give you a sense of serenity and belonging.

It could be something as simple as a walk in the park, a run in the sun, or a visit to grandma’s little garden. Of course, we all have unique stories to tell that are often not so neat, calm and dreamy.

The important thing is to let this prompt be an exercise of your memories. Stroll down your memories lane and focus both on your sensible experience and the people you were creating the memories with.
