Lately, I've realized that we often spend most of our time either reminiscing about the past or daydreaming about the future. In doing so, we forget to enjoy the present moments. I believe that life is all about this very moment.

While setting goals and striving to achieve them is important, it shouldn't make us miss out on the present. We often think that achieving a certain goal or getting a certain job will bring us happiness. But once we get there, we start thinking about other things ahead, forgetting to appreciate what we have.

Life is in the little moments: someone mentioning us in their prayers, spending time with family and friends, exchanging smiles with a child on the street, witnessing the sun's rise and set, talking to the moon at night, having your mom peel the fruits for you, and embracing a child's joy or sadness.

These moments demand our gratitude for what we have.

We often wait for something extraordinary to happen, thinking it will make us feel alive. But happiness is in our own hands. By appreciating life's small moments, we can find joy in the everyday.

Let's embrace the beauty in the mundane and find happiness in our own hands.
