A blank page, background music, or silence is good too. A set of Andara crystals next to me — one orange (creativity), a purple (connection to Source), a green one (heart), and a clear quartz to amplify their energy. I take a deep grounding breath and connection to my Antankarana, and the creative flow connection starts its magic.

This creative flow takes me to the timelessness of the right brain, where logic has no place and creativity takes the wheel. I always hope that nothing interrupts me when I am in that place because I am in such a very sacred space translating light frequencies into words that if I stop, I will be angry and frustrated. After all, I will lose what I had lined up to translate next. And sometimes they are beautiful epiphanies that get cut off and lost in the quantum field, ready for someone else to translate it.
