Pixi Conquers dotJS!

It’s with great excitement to report that Goodboy Technical Partner Mat Groves has beaten off the competition to win this year’s dotJS “Most innovative frontend JavaScript project” award for Pixi.js, Goodboy’s very own open source 2D webGL renderer with canvas fallback.

Last week Mat headed over to Paris’ stageringly beautiful Théâtre de Paris to receive the sought-after award at dotJS, the largest JavaScript conference in Europe.

It’s another impressive accolade for Pixi.js and further evidence that Pixi has fast become the industry standard authoring tool for creating lightning fast, silky smooth, visually enthralling HTML5 web content and games.

Congrats Pixi, we salute you! But the fun’s not over yet… 2015 will see the arrival of Pixi v3 and trust us, things are going to get even better :)
