What do I like about Goodnight Journal and why we should use it

Since I started writing in the Goodnight Journal I have been feeling better. Especially during the difficult times, he has been a great ally to contain my anxiety.

The Goodnight Journal goes beyond an online diary. It has an amazing community with people who are experiencing similar problems, and share opinions and advice to help us in our daily lives. I can also help other people who are experiencing or have experienced similar problems, in short, it is a united community that is always available to help us. Whether to put us up or give us advice in our darkest hours.

Writing about my experiences not only helps me process them better, but it also helps with my next actions. Writing frequently is the most efficient way to increase the quality of written content. Regularity helps to better elaborate sentences, develop complex ideas, better memorize important information, and of course, helps to spark creativity.

By writing a little about our lives, we are automatically guaranteeing a reminder of our mistakes and achievements. Be proud of those moments that deserve to be remembered in the future. This can be particularly useful in phases of life when we end up feeling lost, without direction, and we to do a reevaluation of the moment. Achievements can increase our self-esteem by showing what has been achieved throughout our life. In the professional field, annotations can serve as a basis for reports, requests for salary increases, promotions, or even course correction!

Putting everything we feel on paper can help, after the emotional storm has passed, to better analyze our feelings and give us a clearer idea of our feelings and thoughts. This will increase self-knowledge and help solving problems more effectively, including in case of disagreement with other people.
Mental health benefits directly affect the body. Individuals who write journals also have an improvement in their immune systems, liver and lung functions, and blood pressure is reduced.

Here is a TIP, never edit your texts. Write freely without worries, write for yourself! This may take some time, however, but when we get used to writing without “limitations” our true feelings will blossom.
