World premiere with classic Bob Dylan songs played and sung live. Billed as a play with music rather than a musical this production delivers. Set in a small town in 1934 Minnesota it tells the story of a community during the Depression. Refreshing and fresh, the story and the songs blend and almost talk to each other. Strong cast but Shirley Henderson deserves mention for an enchanting performance. On until October, 2017. If you are in London a ‘must-see’.
