GoodTask 3.2 Release Notes

GoodTask 3 for iOS has just been updated to version 3.2. There are lots of new things and changes. Below are the details.

== New Features ==

- German, French, Simplified Chinese, Japanese and Korean support

- Separate Calendar Events option. Turning it off will put events and tasks together on day/week/month view

- Sort Order. Fully customizable with Due Date (Reverse), Created Time, Created Time (Reverse), Alphabet, Alphabet (Reverse), Manual Sort option added

- AND/OR option on Smart Lists’ Included/Excluded texts

- Use Start Date Option. Turning it off will behave like there is no Start Date

- Today/Now/Tomorrow button on top while editing date on tasks

- Refresh option added on ‘More’ menu when ‘Pull to add’ is used

- Delay time after completion. Choose between 1 or 3 seconds in Preferences

- Tag on Title available. Choose between Notes or Title in Preferences

- Overdue tasks on ‘Current Date’ or ‘Due Date’ Option added.

- Sound Effects added

- Long Tap on Task option added : Choose between (Move/Quick Actions/General/Notes)

- Long tap on a day on week/month view will bring up adding new task page on the date

- Show/Hide Completed option is saved

- Double tap on date picker will change minute interval from 1 to 5

- Quick Actions page is now shown while adding.

- Overdue lists get refreshed automatically when due time passes

- Contextual List option will also add ‘Included Texts’ in new task automatically

- New Theme : Black & White. Use for better readability

- New Theme : Blossom

== Changes ==

- Alert is added while adding due date on undated task if alert is set on ‘Settings > New Task’

- Default of Undated Tasks in Smart List has changed to ‘All’ for every view. (You need to change manually if you’ve changed your Smart List)

- On Lists & Tasks view, new task will always follow settings for dates as today.

- Alert will be dependent to Due date. (Alert menu is not shown when there is no due date & Alert for New Task can only be set with due date)

- Minor visual changes on Week/Month views

- Empty values in detail task view got simpler

- Alert has moved on top of Repeat in detail task view

== Fixes ==

- Smoother Pull to Add

- Editing on ‘New Task > Preset’ with Title/Lists only are now available

- Tasks that have due date without start date will include start date automatically

- Grayscale color on Reminders list working correctly now

- Outlook lists : Saves filters correctly

- Outlook tasks : More reliable (Setting ‘Delay Time After Completion’ to ‘None’ is recommended for Outlook users)

One issue for current version is that it may show other language even though you have English set for main language. In that case, you need to put ‘English (USA)’ on top of the language that’s showing on ‘Preferred Languages’ inside ‘Settings.app > General > Language & Region’. This will be fixed on next update.
