Have you ever felt so tired and fatigue even after 10 hours of sleep and power nap?
Have you depressed for no reason (apart from the women’ period)?
Do you have a change in pulse rate? Heart beats faster or slower than usual?
Do you have a difficulty to efficiently focus on something and work unproductively?

You find out many cups of coffee couldn’t be an effective stimulant for all day long.
You are craving for sugar and rely on it to boost your energy but it just works for a moment.
You may go to see the psychiatrist for consultation of your depression and end up with the pill.

If you have more than 2 symptoms unexplainable, this may be what you are looking for.

Annual check-up with standard lab test packs would suddenly be an option.
Basically, Complete Blood Count (CBC) is a measure of overall health and ability to detect things like anemia, infection and etc.

Well, feeling fatigue can be resulted from anemia or iron deficiency.
I believe majority of women faces this due to the heavy period and nutritional deficiency.

Then, you complete your standard blood test. It seems your health is fine. Liver and kidney functions and electrolyte level are in the normal range. Thyroid function works properly as well.

There is a possibility for uncovering health condition with such a hidden sign. The doctor may suspect that there will be something wrong with your thyroid function if the test shows the below or elevated level. But here no swelling in your neck and no unintentional weight gain or less which can imply the disease.

Then, what do you do when the symptom is still here.

There is a deeper test to confirm the diagnosis which is antibody (Anti-TG and Anti-TPO. BINGO! If some of them are highly elevated, of course should find the trigger. Hypothyroid and Hashimoto can be the cause. Or even stress level.

As discussed with the doctor, the symptom is not clear and will not cause the big problem in the short term. Be cautious ! For the long term, it is no joke when it comes to the metabolism thing and especially chronic symptom.

I do not judge anything since I am not a doctor but rather the learner. This is from my personal experience. I know how you feel annoyed at those symptoms. How unproductive it is for your living!

It is very difficult to address the cause in the first place even you meet the specialist. This surprises me not in a good way. It would be great for you to know and find out more if confronting the same symptom for further right treatment. Productivity would finally be back!
