Until the list of Google Assistant Apps becomes published, a new website offers the list of published applications in its store.
GACTIONS.COM as found on /r/GoogleHome and /r/GoogleAssitant provides a classified directory of Google Assistant applications that have been approved by Google and who are available to everyone on Google Home, Mobile Assistant and Allo and Android Wearables:
