What she recommends girls to pursue or even consider being in tech:
Get into Women in Tech Communities, specially the ones showcases folks around the world that are driving diversity and inclusion through local events within the tech community. You can find role models who are real people in your regions!

Look for local communities (may they be online or in-person) to interact with other people who are learning and teaching, so you can have a supportive community to assist your learning.

She created a learning playground to facilitate the learning of girls’ learning HTML & CSS in a playful way during a previous International Women’s Day:

What steps should be taken to attract more girls & women into tech?Don’t be discouraged if you enter a room and you do not feel represented or included there. Your participation is crucial, you can share your perspective and even become a role model for allowing other folks to consider being there as well.

Don’t be this person. Embrace people who come from different backgrounds than you.
