Habits Tracker 2023. Left columns shows mini calendars. Then in column I a list of the tracked habits. What follows is a sea of tickboxes, of which some are checked. Underneath these columns, different emojis appear, based on the number of checked off habits.

Track healthy habits, such as how often you hit the gym, your daily water intake, homework assignments, language learning activities, or any other habit you want to build.

How to use the template

Now. Once you have your copy, you are free to edit your template, rename it, and set it up to start tracking your habits.

Start by adding some habits in the “Setup” tab.

Setup tab. Column B: Write out your habits. There is room for 20. Column D: Choose emojis for X habits done. Column E: here you type out which emoji you want to appear. On the right a shortcut for the emoji keyboard.
Write out any and all habits you want to track in column B. Type out in column E which emojis you’d like to see, depending on the number of habits you’ve ticked off.

See that bordered box in column B? Write any number of habits in here. Delete the dummy or example data. In this year’s template, there is room to add up to 20 habits. These habits will automatically appear…
