You hit the gym, but

  • You have no clue how consistent you are?
  • Gym staff calls you a “beginner” although you’ve been coming there for years?
  • Each time, you end up doing random exercises with no structure and end up not progressing at all?

Me too.

I tried a bunch of gym tracking templates I found online.

None were quite right, so I had to make my own.

You can’t improve what you don’t track

Someone close to me uses a paper booklet to track their progress.

Their analog gym progress tracker with captions :)

With the help of this booklet and handwritten practice, they are progressing and getting stronger! I want that.

For 2 months, they stick to the same exercises for major muscle groups.
