GooseFX — September Update
Development Update and Roadmap Check-In, Security Audit w/ Halborn
We are excited to update the community with the project movement over the last month, including an updated roadmap, development updates and our code audit.
Development Update
The development team has been making tremendous progress towards delivering the alpha release functionality for tokenized stocks and anticipate this release around Mid-October.
The team has completed one of the smart contracts required in the alpha release and we have signed an agreement with Halborn to perform all required code audits. We chose to use Halborn given their intensive background in cybersecurity and DeFi protocols.
The objectives of the audit are to first and foremost ensure security of our protocol as well as our users. The audit is designed to ensure potential security issues are addressed before release as well as recommendations that we can implement for the future.
Roadmap Update
After discussing with the team, GFX has seen the tremendous potential for NFTs throughout the DeFi ecosystem. Our development roadmap has been updated according to our new NFT marketplace initiative. We plan on bringing unique functionality to the Solana NFT Ecosystem including factionalized ownership, cross product collateralization with NFTs and much more!
Many may ask why GooseFX is attempting to offer such a wide variety of products; the answer is simple — we see all of DeFi as connected. This is a peer to peer asset exchange. Its only logical to try and bring it all under one umbrella and allow users ease of exchange between all mediums (no pun intended). Each initiative we undertake also comes with a unique point of view from years of DeFi and crypto experience. We have seen what works and what hasn’t. Seeing the latter isn't going to deter us from attempting our ambitious goals.
