An estimated 1,882,000 college students are graduating this year. But how do these grads find jobs?

Everyone wants a chance to land their dream job. More importantly we want to know the special set of skills that will make a resume stand out above the rest.

But which skills have risen to the top of the 2017 job market? Are tech skills or soft skills more valuable?

To find the answer, we turned to LinkedIn, Forbes and NACE’s Job Outlook 2016 survey to see what today’s employers are looking for. Here are the coveted 10 skills that you need right now for better pay and better jobs:
