Before teamup I was a slave to my business. I always liked the physical aspect of a paper system and was hesitant about changing such a vital part of my business to an online booking system. However, I can honestly say it has been the greatest thing I could’ve done. I now wonder why I never made the leap sooner. Before teamup, I would be constantly answering enquiries from my clients, booking them in, cancelling them, checking they were booked in. The amount of calls, texts and emails I would answer on a daily basis was insane. Even at midnight I’d still be ensuring everything was ok and answering enquiries. teamup has changed everything. My clients love that they can log in and amend their bookings so easily from their phones and I love that they don’t have to contact me to do this. My customers find the system very user friendly and are always able to make bookings without any trouble. It’s hard for me to pinpoint what my favourite feature is as the whole system really is that great, but I always love to see my logo as an ‘app’ on my students phone. I think that really does add to the professionalism of the service.

I’d like to thank all the support staff at teamup, whenever I’ve come into trouble the guys respond quickly and promptly helping me every step of the way. teamup has ensured our business runs smoothly and that our students can easily manage their own attendance. Revenue is managed and the user experience is clean and smooth. My favourite feature is the ability to be able target specific students based on their attendance with target emails and messages.

My customers love teamup — its easy, they can book in from their phones and they can book lessons well in advance for busy classes. Support are on the ball — quick answers, and easy to understand instructions — we recommend it to everyone who asks about quick and easy bookings. Yobanna — My Gravity Fitness & Dance

My Gravity Fitness & Dance opened its door in 2013. From the very beginning I knew I wanted a booking system for my studio that would be easy for not just me and my instructors to use, but for my clients too. I tried several different systems but they just didn’t do everything I wanted. I then came across teamup. I signed up for the trial period and got started. I found it very easy to set up, no need for hour long tutorials over the phone. The system is extremely user friendly and has everything you could possibly want or need to run a studio. New features are constantly being created and old ones tweaked in order to further improve an already great system. I particularly love the fact that you can add it to your website so that clients can simply book themselves onto classes, cancel, buy memberships and check out the schedule and pay online etc without the need to constantly contact you. great time saver. My clients love it. they really like the fact that they can save it as an app on their phones and book a class on the go.. The support team are great, they reply very quickly to any questions or problems you may have. I can honestly say i couldn’t do without this system now and would highly recommend it.
