Improved Waivers, Birthday Trigger

To start the new year, we released a major overhaul of our waivers system, and a new Trigger that can be used to send customers a “Happy Birthday” message.

Birthday Trigger

Many of you asked for a way to send automated “Happy Birthday” messages. In your Customer Notifications, you’ll see a Customer: Birthday trigger.

You can customize the message, and set the time of day it gets sent on a customer’s birthday.

Waivers

We made it easier to require waivers for specific purchases or registrations. Most waivers on teamup are required for every customer at the beginning of their relationship with a business. Examples include general terms and conditions and liability waivers. Beyond that, we see many businesses with additional waivers that only apply to a subset of customers. For example, you might have additional waivers for customers signing up for pre-natal or weightlifting classes.
