More Functionality in Your Customer List

As part of our ongoing redesign of the teamup platform, we’re rolling out not just a facelift, but enhanced functionality for your customer list.

New Look

The customer list will now share the same clean look and feel that we’ve started adding to the main menu and the store. Important actions like the Add a Customer button are more prominent, and we changed the layout to bring more emphasis to what’s important — accessing your customers’ records.

Export Filtered Lists

We've heard that one of the issues with the current customer exports feature is how time consuming it is to export a CSV of all your customers, then segment by activity status or membership within Excel. We already have filters available on the customer list, so we decided to combine these two pages to be more powerful and intuitive. Now you can export a filtered list directly from your customer list. Select Active or Inactive customers, Slipping Away or New, even select a specific membership to see only the customers matching that criteria and click “Export Filtered List” then "Export to CSV/Excel" to choose which fields to include, then export your filtered list.

Change your MailChimp and Constant Contact Integrations

Sometimes you change the accounts you integrate with teamup, and we want to make it easier for you to do that. One case you've told us about is when you want to use a different MailChimp or Constant Contact account to stay in touch with your customers. We've made it easier to switch both your MailChimp and Constant Contact accounts by adding a way to disconnect and reconnect with a new account. You can find that on the "Export to MailChimp" and "Export to Constant Contact" pages.
