Revamped Customer Exports

This past week we reworked our customer export system to be more robust and customizable. We’ve added the ability to export even more data and support Merge Tags in MailChimp.

Exporting to MailChimp

MailChimp is one of the most popular email marketing tools around and this week we added support for Merge Tags. This will allow you to send customized emails and segment your mailing list based on certain attributes. For example, you can now message customers in MailChimp that haven’t attended a class in over a month, or you can include the customer’s emergency contact info to confirm it is up to date.

Exporting to CSV/Excel

We’ve added and reorganized which fields you can export to CSV/Excel. Choose the ones you want and leave out the ones you don’t.

Support for Even the Biggest Customer List

For the businesses that have thousands or tens of thousands of customers, getting that data out of teamup used to be a bit finicky — not anymore! We now support exporting even the biggest customer lists using a new process. Exporting to MailChimp and CSV/Excel both use this new system so you’ll be able to see progress in realtime.
