We’re thrilled to announce a completely reimagined signup and login flow for your customers. The new experience is streamlined and optimized for how customers actually interact with TeamUp. In addition, as part of this change, we’re rolling out a refreshed interface and theme options for your Customer Site.

Single, Streamlined Flow

By going back to the drawing board, we were able to address the issues we’ve seen over the years. Here are just a few:

  • When accepting an invitation, do I need to sign up or log in?
  • I’ve used TeamUp at a different business, does that count as an account at this business?
  • I’m registering my kids for a class, do I put in my name or theirs?
  • I received an email with an invitation link, but I can’t find it right now. What do I do?

With this new flow, the system will intelligently guide customers through setting up their accounts, starting with just their email address.

In the coming weeks and months, we’ll be refreshing more sections of the customer site, starting with signing waivers, answering questions, and supplying contact information early next month.
