Giving a feedback on design is easy while giving a good feedback is an art. The feedback often leads to meet the goals on the one side but often tend to break the aesthetics on the other. Learn how to give a good feedback so management and design goals can live in harmony.

So, what is good design? This answer has been given by Dieter Rams in his 10 principles. Think about it :-)

Giving design feedback is about pointing out the problem rather than giving a solution. The responsibility of the designer is the design while the product managers responsibility is to define the right goals.
