The versatility of Gotstado makes it a powerful tool for independent productivity, for sharing to-dos, and for creating and managing plans collaboratively. This guide explores the features of Gotstado that foster efficient, productive collaboration, where multiple users contribute and communicate.

Comments

Within Gotstado, you can add comments to individual tasks. You’ll find comments in the task detailed view. You can easily ask a question, leave feedback or add extra insight for your team. You’ll be notified of comments in the notifications area.

Mentions

Within comments and the task content, you can mention list participants to send them a notification. Type @ to prompt the menu, then search for, and select, the person to mention.

Smart mentions

When mentioning people while adding a new task, the mentioned people will autimatically be assigned to the task. The smart mentions feature can be turned on and off in your general settings.

Reminders

Within the detailed view of your task, you can also set reminders to receive notifications at specified times. Simply enter the day and time you want to be reminded in the Remind me section.

Smart Dates and Auto Reminders

If you have Smart Dates and Auto Reminders enabled in your general settings then a reminder will automatically be created for you when Gotstado finds date related information in any new tasks you create.
