The app which is trying to keep the simplicity of the wonderful Wunderlist alive.

Gotstado the service based on Wunderlist

What is Gotstado?

Gotstado is a super-simple task management tool designed from the ground up to help you work productively and collaborate with anyone. Being big fans of Wunderlist, we decided to build an alternative when we heard the news of it being shutdown. Gotstado has many like for like features as Wunderlist but also has some additional features based on Wunderlists feature requests on the UserVoice website https://wunderlist.uservoice.com/forums/136230-wunderlist-feature-requests. We basically tried to continue from where Wunderlist stopped doing development on their app.

What can it do?

Like any good task management tool, Gotstado allows you to focus on what needs to get done, reminding you at the appropriate time.

Here’s what you can expect in the first batch of features available with the launch (as you can expect, there’s a lot more on the way!):

Inbox
Today List
Upcoming List
Sharing
Start and End Dates
Reminders
Subtasks
Files
Comments
Offline support
Dark mode & new themes
Custom fields
Calendar, timeline, table and kanban views,
And lots, lots more…

Gotstado vs Wunderlist

For those of you familiar with Wunderlist, Gotstado should make you feel right at home. That’s no accident — Wunderlist’s imminent shutdown has left many users worried about what to do with their data, and dissatisfied with many of the alternatives. Gotstado was created with the intention to give Wunderlist users a new home, too! And if you like the sound of a task being completed, we’ve got that too.
