Tracking your health and fitness goals with Gotstado

Now that the gyms have reopened there is no better time to get back into shape and inprove your welbeing. Gotstado can help you keep track of your weekly goals using the following list structure.

In this post I will show you how you can create your own health and fitness tracker in Gotstado.

  1. Create a new list with the name of your choice, I’ve called mine, 💪 Fitness Tracker.
  2. Set the list to display as a table by default by clicking on the view menu ⚙︎ and selecting Edit Default View. On the view dropdown select Table.
  3. Ceate an item for each day of the week.
  4. Now it’s time to set your goals using the checkbox custom fields feature. Go to the list menu and select Edit List Fields.
  5. Add a checkbox field for each goal you want to track. For me it’s 🏃‍♂️ Cardio, 💪 Weight training, 😴 7+ hours Sleep, 🥗 Eating healthy and 🧘‍♀️ Meditation.

And that’s it. Your simple and easy to create Health and Fitness tracker in Gotstado.
