No, I’m not exagerating. I’m not an alarmist. I’m not some crazy extremist lunatic. I’m not a liberal. I don’t consider myself a Democrat. I would happily vote for Mitt Romney or John McCain if either one was the Republican candidate running against Donald Trump as the Democrat.
Robert’s Immunity opinion has destroyed the Constitution’s system of checks and balances
Before the Robert’s Immunity opinion the Congress and the judiciary could each check the exesses of a runaway President. Now, neither Congress nor the Judiciary can resist a President because s/he now has the absolute right to have judges and members of Congress threatened, blackmailed, coerced, arrested, incarcerated or killed on his personal orders issued solely for his/er personal gain AND the President can NEVER be indicted, arrested, tried or incarcerated for those admitted crimes.
You think I’m making this up. Read the actual opinion and the details contained in my column referenced below.
The Roberts’ Supreme Court opinion granted a President Trump the power of an absolute monarch, the power of a King, the power to do anything with absolute criminal immunity.
He can NEVER be arrested, charged with a crime, or prosecuted for doing any of the following:
- He can order ICE to allow the cartels to import drug shipments.
- He can order the FBI to imprison Senators and members of Congress who refuse to vote in line with his demands.
- He can order the incarceration of any journelists, judges and Supreme Court Justices who refuse to decide cases in accordance with his wishes.
- He can fire U.S. Attorneys and Justice Department officials who oppose any of his actions or attempt to sue or prosecute him.
- He can impose Martial Law.
- He can order the CIA or members of the military to execute anyone who he deems to be a serious threat to his wishes.
But, He Couldn’t Really Do That, Could He?
A friend of mine said, “He couldn’t get away with any of that.”
I said, “Who could stop him? He controls the Department of Justice and all the U.S. attorneys, so no indictment could ever be brought against him. He can sequester any judge or Justice who might rule against him. There are no local or state police agencies that would have jurisdiction over him.
“If a court issued an injunction against him, he could either lock up the judge until the injunction was reversed, coerse the appellate justices into dismissing the injunction, or simply ignore it because there would be no police agencies that could enforce it.”
He said, “Well, the military could depose him.”
I said, “He’s the Commander In Chief so that can’t happen, and the U.S. military is too well trained to participate in a coup.”
He said, “Well, some junior officers might lead a rebellion.”
I didn’t bother responding to that idea.

What Trump Has Already Told You He Is Going To Do
Donald Trump has already told you that if you elect him this time you won’t have to vote again. He has already said that he might run for a third term no matter what the Constitution says.
He has already said that he will use the National Guard and the military to round up members of the radical left, like Nancy Pelosi, who he deems to be “very bad people.”
He’s not joking. He is deadly serious.
If he gets elected this time, he will not leave office until he is dead and then it will be a fight between his sons and J.D. Vance who becomes the President after him.
No, I’m Not Posing Silly, Impossible Scenarios
Stop shaking your head. “Poor Dave, he’s spouting crazy talk.”
Read what Trump has said. Look at what Michael Flynn, John Eastman and others urged Trump to do last time — impose martial law and seize the ballot boxes.
Look at the insurrection he instigated last time.
Trump means what he said he will do, and he will do it.
He Intends To Run America The Same Way His Hero, Putin, Runs Russia
Trump wants to run America as if it were a company and he was the CEO where he can do whatever he wants without any interference from anyone.
With the President having the unfettered right to order anyone threatened, coerced, blackmailed, locked up or killed without any risk or arrest or prosecution, there are no more checks and balances in our government. They are all gone.
The only thing stopping such criminal actions is the good character and high integrity of the President, and it is thrillingly obvious to everyone that Donald Trump has abysmal character and not only has no integrity, he has massively negative integrity.
There are no moral or ethical guardrails that might restrain Trump from doing anything and everything that will benefit him or eliminate his opponents.
Under the Roberts’ decision, members of the media, judges and legislators can all be threatened, arrested, incarcerated or killed at the President’s whim because there is no agency, department, or system that can resist the physical power of the FBI, U.S. Marshals, Secret Service, ATF, CIA or the U.S. military.
The federal courts depend on the U.S. Marshals to enforce their orders. The courts have no police arm not controlled by the President that can enforce a federal court order against a President.
He can’t be impeached by the House or convicted in the Senate because he will simply threaten, blackmail, coerce or imprison any member of Congress who might vote against him.
Trump’s U.S. Government Will Be Modeled After Putin’s Government
You, the American voters, will not have any say in the government except in the same way that the Russian people are allowed to vote for Vladimir Putin and his controlled legislature.
Anyone who opposes President Trump’s orders will have the same chance in the U.S. courts as anti-Putin Russians have in the Russian judicial system, which is ZERO.
If Trump is elected, free elections, a free press, and a free Congress will be a thing of the past.
You Don’t Have The Luxury Of NOT Voting For Harris
So don’t tell me that you aren’t going to vote for either Trump or Harris this time in protest in the hope that the Democrats will nominate someone better next time, because if Trump wins there won’t be a next time.
Don’t tell me that you dislike Trump, but he’s going to get legislation you like enacted so you’re going to vote for him this time, and maybe you will vote differently next time.
There won’t be a next time.
Spare me all the hand wringing that there’s something about Harris that you just don’t like, that she’s not your perfect candidate, that you’re not sure she can do a good job, that her policies are too vague or too different, or too much the same.
If Trump gets elected, there isn’t going to be a next time.
The Price America Will Pay If You Don’t Vote For Harris
If you vote for Trump or if you just don’t vote for either Trump or Harris and Trump gets elected, there will be no more free Presidential elections and there will be no more an independent Congress.
If Trump is elected we will have a democracy in the same sense that Russia, China and other dictatorships have a democracy, meaning that we won’t have one at all.
Your Freedom Depends On Harris Being Elected
Your nattering about being unsure about Harris being a good President is as useful as an obsessive-compulsive’s rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic!
Wake up!
Get off your couch and vote for Harris like the survival of America as a free country depends on it, because it does.
