On September 27, GovTribe hosted a live web event where we discussed one of the most common questions we receive. How and when is it appropriate to contact a Contracting Officer?

I invited Kevin Jans to discuss the etiquette and practicalities of communicating with government contracting personnel. Kevin is a former contracting officer and the founder and host of the Contracting Officer Podcast. He also runs Skyway Acquisition Solutions, which offers a knowledge base and forum staffed by former Contracting Officers — specifically designed to assist federal contractors in navigating the federal procurement process.

It was an enlightening conversation and we only scratched the surface. Fortunately, it was intended to kick off a more substantive partnership between GovTribe and Skyway. The first step of which is to allow GovTribe users to try Skyway for FREE for One Month plus 10% off the subscription fee on an ongoing basis.

SPECIAL OFFER — One Month Free + 10% off Ongoing

To get your free month of access to Skyway’s knowledge base and forum, go to skywaymember.com and join with the Personal plan. Use promo code GOVTRIBE when you check out.

If, after one month, you want to continue, you will get 10% off the subscription if you are already a GovTribe subscriber.

Please take advantage of this offer. Doing show will demonstrate to us that this partnership is valuable to GovTribe users and we can explore integrating the services more directly.
