Trezor T, Guide # 1
New to the Trezor T ? you can follow the below guide for the initial setup.
If not already done, download the Trezor Suite application for your computer, using this link, https://suite.trezor.io/start/
This Guide will cover the following:
- In Trezor Suite App, label an ETH address for later use with MetaMask.
- Using Chrome, download MetaMask Chrome extension & pin it to toolbar.
- Connect Trezor T hardware wallet to MetaMask.
- Add Theta Network to MetaMask
- Add TBILL Token Contract Address to MetaMask
- Send TFUEL from THETA wallet to Trezor address in MetaMask.

- In Trezor Suite App, label an ETH address for later use with MM.
Open the Trezor Suite App on your computer.
Connect your Trezor device to your computer.
Tap device screen to connect
Enter your PIN
Touch screen to confirm
Click Ethereum
We are going to Label the existing ETH address for use with MetaMask.
Click Rename
Alternatively, if you already have an ETH address in Trezor Suite & want to create a new ETH address to use exclusively for MetaMask you can add a new ETH address. by Clicking + My accounts as seen above & follow the steps to label the new ETH address as seen below.
Confirm on Trezor
Touch Screen to Enable labeling.
Choose how you want to Save labels.
Enter the Address Label name in Trezor Suite.
Click Green tick.
Click Receive ETH.
Click Show full address
“Confirm on Trezor”
Touch device screen to confirm
Click Copy address
Address “Copied to clipboard”
Paste the address into a notepad. We will be connecting Trezor to MetaMask later in this guide. We want to know the Trezor ETH address to connect with.
2. Download the MetaMask Chrome Extension & pin it to toolbar.
Using the Chrome Web Browser
Click https://metamask.io/download
Click Install MetaMask for Chrome
Click Add to Chrome
Click Add extension
Click Get Started
Click Import Wallet, if you have an existing MetaMask wallet, then follow the instructions.
Click Create a Wallet, if you do not already have a MetaMask wallet, then follow the instructions.
At this point you have either imported or created your MetaMask wallet.
Click Extension puzzle icon.
Click Pin icon.
The MetaMask extension is now pinned.
Click x
3. Connect Trezor T to MetaMask
Click Circle Icon.
Click Connect Hardware Wallet.
Connect Trezor T to your computer.
Tap to connect
Enter PIN on device.
Touch screen to confirm PIN
Select Trezor then Click Continue.
Click Allow once for this session
Click Export
Earlier we noted our Trezor ETH address in Trezor Suite.*
Select the Trezor address you want to connect with MetaMask.
Click Unlock
The Trezor cold wallet address is now connected to Metamask.
Click Circle icon.
Again we can see the Trezor Hardware address is connected in MetaMask.
4. Add Theta Network to MetaMask.
Click Networks drop down menu arrow.
Click Add Network
Copy & Paste the text in Bold into Metamask
Network Name: Theta Mainnet
New RPC URL: https://eth-rpc-api.thetatoken.org/rpc
Chain ID: 361
Currency Symbol: TFUEL
Block Explorer URL: https://explorer.thetatoken.org/
Click Save
“Theta Mainnet” was successfully added!
5. Add TBILL Token Contract Address to MetaMask
Click Import Tokens
Enter TBILL Token Contract Address into Metamask, 0x22cb20636c2d853de2b140c2eaddbfd6c3643a39 (Copy & Paste).
Click Add Custom Token
Click Import Tokens
Click <
5. Send TFUEL from THETA wallet to Trezor address in MetaMask.
Now is a good time to send some TFUEL to your (MM) Trezor cold wallet address from an existing THETA wallet. In the next guide we will swap TFUEL for TBILL on ThetaSwap.io prior to entering the TFUEL/TBILL liquidity Pool.*
Click Copy to Clipboard icon.
Send TFUEL from THETA wallet to (MM) Trezor cold wallet address.
Success the TFUEL has arrived!
