GPUnion Bi-Weekly Report 07/29/2018–08/02/2018
Overview
We’ve hit a critical milestone these two weeks! GPUnion was listed on the first exchanges — QBTC this week and got great response from our communities. We’ve achieved phase progress and results on the development of GPUnion DVM. We’ve added Mac version wallet and fixed bugs of Mandarin version to satisfy different users from different countries. Here’s more details about these two weeks.
Development
- GPUnion DVM
GPUnion DVM is a decentralized GPU resources sharing P2P network. As the first DAPP built on GPUnion ecosystem, the mission of DVM is to share the mining hash power for scientific or research needs.
During these two weeks, we have tremendous progress in the project development, including full pipeline integration from provider side docker, P2P and ML frameworks to client side SSH, jupyter and pytorch. The first demo of GPUnion DVM is ready to come in the following weeks.
2. Wallet
GPUnion is releasing another major update for the Wallet. We’ve added Mac Wallet as well as implemented a lot of new features and bug fixes. The GPUnion Wallets for Windows and Linux have been in stable operation since its official launch on July 5th, 2018. And as of today, the GPUnion wallets started facing more users from different countries using different computer operating systems.
GPUnion’s wallet could be a solution to current issues among trading such as lack of security, transparency or liquidity. This application will also support future development of trading and GPU sharing. During these days, our developers also paid more attention to the bug fixes of Mandarin version to improve user experiences among Asia market.

- Listed on QBTC
GPUnion was listed on QBTC and started trading at 14:00 GMT+8, July 31st. GUT\CNYT trading reached over 70,000 at the first 24 hours, the highest growth was 285.7%. Thank you for your participation.
