GBT Protocol participated in World Blockchain Summit MARVELS Seoul 2019.
GBT Protocol participated ‘World Blockchain Summit MARVELS Seoul 2019’ held at Silla Hotel on 19th-20th November 2019 as one of the co-organizers.
The host of the event was KoreaCEOSummit and also the event was sponsored by Ministry of Science and ICT, Seoul metropolis, Busan metropolis and other 9 organizations.
Korean Congressmen, institutional investors, IT leaders also participate the event and discussed about Blockchain adoption and the role of government together. The event was consisted of three keynote speeches and 8 sessions of discussion.
The topic of 1st session was ‘Driving Force of the 4th Industrial Revolution, Blockchain’ and the panelist were Lee Un Ju(Member of Korean Assembly, Jhun Ha Jin(Former member of Korean Assembly/Founder of Shh), Shin Keun Young(Chairman of Korea Blockchain Start-up Association, and Park Soo Young(Chairman of Korean Blockchain Society).
The 2nd session was about ‘ Innovation for a better life’. Choi Jong Uk(CEO of MarkAny),Choi Soo Hyuk(CEO of SymVerse) and Lee Ho(Chairman of Toingin Express) participated as a presenter, Josh Choi(CCO of ICONLOOP), Park Hoon Ki(Vice President of BNK Finance Group) discusses ad panelist. Kim Hyeong Joo, Professor n Graduate school of information protection Korea Universit, was the moderator of the first two sessions.
In the third session, the topic was ‘Diversification of Blockchain Application’, and the topic ‘Future cannot be regulated was followed.
The fifth session was conducted by Andy Lian, the author of Blockchain Revoluttion 2030 with international speakes from Hong Kong, U.S, France, Dubai. The sixth session was about Blockchain and e-Sports.
GBT Protocol CEO Yim Jang Won participated in the seventh session as the moderator and share opinions about ‘Digital Asset and Transaction Revolution’ with LG CNS Blockchain Promotion Team manager Kim ki Young, Hanbitco CEO Kim Sung A, and IBM Blockchain Technical Leader Park Se Youl.
As the final session, five teams had a chance to make a speech at MARVELS Blockchain Battle and the winner was COLIV(CEO Hah Te Soc).
Park Bong Kyu(Chairman of Korea CEO Summit/The host of Worldblockchainsummit MARVELS) allegedly said that Blockchain technology that contains the core value of the 4th industrial revolution will bring a significant impact on the whole industries generally. Also, he mentioned that Korea CEO Summit will share the changes by blockchain technology and will lead the industrial revolution with the human resources network via this conference.
