Dear One,

Picture this, it is October 2020 and I am nearly FORTY-NINE YEARS OLD and finally had my first Tuna Melt Sandwich.

And ya know what?

Instant convert over here.

I mean, I am in love — swoony eyes and sweaty palms and all.

Good gracious, my last grocery pickup order contained a LOT of tuna, but I forgot to add mayo — I’m either gonna have to finally try my hand at making my own or wait till next week’s pickup.

How’s your October been going?

Mine has been kinda really amazing actually.

  • I’ve made my first official sales page (you can see it here)
  • I’ve created an affiliate program
  • I’ve created a Mid-Autumn Check-In available during the check out process for the Self-Care for Autumn Guidebook (whoa! Link here)
  • I’ve baked gluten-free carrot cake for the first time in a long, long time and we have since eaten all of it. YUM!
  • I made meatballs — like enough meatballs for 5 meals and all for me since my hubby is now a vegetarian — they are amazing — best…
