What is UFA 2018?

Unified Fall Agenda is a bi-annual agenda with the regulatory points that elucidate the important issues related to the USA Federal Register, that happens once in Spring and the other in Fall at USA every year . Now the Unified Fall Agenda is all in news for some of its important updates about the immigration systems being announced by the Federal Government. This Agendas are based on the Executive Order 12866 and the Regulatory Flexibility Act (5 U.S.C.602) directives for publishing semiannual development actions and regulatory plans. Ever since 2007 the agencies are however publishing those actions that have some significant economic impact. The Unified Fall Agenda would also comprise some additional updated information that are usually not present in any Federal Register Versions.

USA Government & H1B Job market dynamics :

What is of more prominence in this fall version of the Unified Agenda Fall season’s is all about the Specialty Occupations being redefined under H1B Visas . This is seen by many experts as a kind of Notice of update that is almost washing hands on the policy directives in Re-defining the H1B Visa categories for the coming 2019. As such among all the other 90+ List of points being discussed in the UFA agenda draft, H1B Visa points up almost more than once by the DHS Department of Homeland Security. Now that the H1b restructuring the rule making stage, the directives are going to be clearly articulated for effect from 2019.

The US government seems to be in counting on the Midterm elections and the congress wants o capitalize on some of the key regulatory points like H1B Visas to make a constructive progress in their initiatives.

USA H1B & Entry Level Jobs impact by UFA :

It is apparent that with the new directives being on cards clearly, all the tech organizations with most of the Techies working in the “Skilled” categories at niche job responsibilities majorly in H1B Zone, Companies are now on line to look for “Near Shoring” alternatives by venturing into alternative locals .The Proposal for Work permits to H1B Spouse (Like H4 Category ) is also brought up twice in Unified Spring Agenda and also in this Unified Fall Agendas consequently , making the moose getting clearly tight on the Work Permits for the “Skilled categories Techies “in USA . But the gray are always persisted ever since the concept of H1B being brought into picture during the 1995s- 2000s when the ever changing foray of Technology was always dynamic in terms of Skill-set being called for “Technically Specialty occupational” in nature.

This reiterates the very essence of USA Business & Political foray’s gross ideological evolution into the more conservative approach in welcoming priorities to America first indicatives.

From an Entry Level Tech-Employee side

But on the flip side of the coin are the vast majority of Techies in many big technological organizations in USA being non-American in origin some being recently graduated, Some at F1 to H1B transformation phase and some are much seasoned for almost more than two decades, skilled enough to drive the major business entities operations, which might be slightly being hampered in this transformation climate of Immigration & Visa Policies in USA prevailing now. These changes have also made an undoubted impact on the Careers & Work Life domains of many tech employees’ families and their children now as the dynamic changes would make some unrest in the statuesque.

The DHS is more on redefining the category of Specialty Occupation only to bringing in the brightest of the talent as in the category of Foreign Worker in USA.

New Proposal of Automation in H1B processing

Apart from the redefinition, new directives being made the office is now in contemplation to establish a Pre-Established Cap processing electronically to bring in only the maximum cap registrations as the number of applications are going huge in number every year for H1B petitioners. This might have a challenging environment for Entry Level Job Seekers , Interns and few other awaiting H1B work permits

However, the nexus of the Specially Qualified and experienced skill set and Business burgeon requirement seems not lending any gravity in these current changing definitions of Specialty Qualification calling for H1B Visas.
