The Direct effect of the US administration on the IT companies by the new decisions taken about the ongoing H1B visas is different when compared to the previous years is seen getting more complex and complicated . The vast majority of the professionals being in this skilled H1B immigration are largely from countries like China, India and few other allied Technological Centers. So by far the most effected parties by the changes would be those from these areas of business. Especially the changes in Visa formulation made a new way forward for the new regulations on H1B Visas.

The most affected parties by virtue of these regulations would be the small and medium sized IT companies in USA. Observing the trend of the current companies and their business around it seems evident that by the persistent H1B issues the companies are faced with newer challenge of talent crunch and the skilled professionals. Adding to this the growing denial rates among the professionals seeking petitions is creating more to the demand. It is observed that every year IT companies spend roughly around USD 6000 to USD 8000 for the Visa processing. The growing uncertainty also flares up the situation when the USCIS is observed with newer ways of approving the ideal 3 years of Work permissions being brought time to shorter deadlines to a maximum of 3 days some times.

The ever growing need about Technological Skilled professionals is getting bigger and bigger while the gross productivity is hampered as the companies are finding it difficult to make a next replacement for these respective development roles.

Since 2010 there is observed a steady and continuous denial percentage slowing of the H1B in USA. The USCIS is seen acting independent according to several attorney experts in Immigration and Visa processing in USA.
