Flexible work arrangements
At Graffity, we have flexible working hours (core time: 11:00–18:00) that allows each member to maximize our values. You can choose to work in the office or WFH.
・Work 8 hours a day, with core hours of 11AM to 6PM.
・We recommend coming to our office on Mondays and Fridays.
* If you want to work remotely on all days, please consult with us in advance.
As we want to provide a new form of communication through our services, we value face-to-face communicating in our workplace as well. That’s why we have a core time and work from office day. It is also possible that new members may join us from outside of the Tokyo area or even another time zone area. We will continue to discuss and update the way we work to ensure that all members can demonstrate their value and have a high level of well-being satisfaction.
Graffity has a variety of employee benefits !
・A lunch support : we support a lunch on work from office days,
・Language support: 10,000 yen per month will be provided to employees to cover the cost of learning English or Japanese.
