This would be a great article to teach students at the elementary grade level because they need to know about the worlds surrounding us. I would teach this article by have a formative assessments about the students prior knowledge on the solar systems. For the younger elementary grade, I would teach them the planets and the order they are in from the sun. I would then give one or two facts about each planet. After going over all the planets, I would then show the class a video about the 8 planets in the solar system. I thought this video was great for younger students because it is a catchy song and can get the students engaged in the topic. After showing the video, have a 3D model set out for the students to play with and order the planet.
